永磁直流无刷电机的结构优化及热设计 被引量:7

摘要 设计了一种体积小、重量轻、耐温高且输出扭矩大的永磁直流无刷电机。设计时,通过合理选择铁心冲片厚度,降低了电机热负荷;通过优化定子槽口宽度、磁钢厚度和极弧系数,降低了齿槽转矩,提高了电机的效率。利用Ansys Maxwell设计电机电磁部分,并联合Ansys Workbench进行稳态和瞬态温度仿真,证明了该设计的合理性。 A kind of DC PM brushless motor with features of small size,light weight,anti-high-temperature and great torque output is designed.Reasonable thickness of core sheets is selected to decrease heat load of the motor;notch width of stator slot,thickness of magnets and polar arc coefficient are optimized to reduce the cogging torque and increase the motor efficiency.Ansys Maxwell is utilized to perform the electromagnetic design of the motor while Ansys Workbench is combined to perform both the dynamic and transient temperature simulation.Rationality of the design is proved.
