摘要
针对一台30 MW发电机带负荷运行后出现的不稳定振动进行了分析和诊断,结合发电机转子的RSO试验,确定造成发电机不稳定振动的原因是匝间短路和轴瓦支撑刚度偏低。根据运行工况,对匝间短路引起的转子热弯曲量进行了计算,采取了对发电机转子进行精细动平衡和降低发电机无功负荷的处理措施,使发电机振动得到明显改善并降至合格范围内。
Unsteady vibration of a 30 MW generators operating under load is analyzed and diagnosed.Cause to result in the unsteady vibration of the generator due to its rotor winding inter-turn short-circuit fault and its poor support dynamic stiffness of bearings as well,is confirmed by means of the RSO test.Also,the thermal bending of the rotor caused by inter-turn short-circuit is calculated,fine dynamic balancing of the generator rotor is performed and reduction of reactive power load of the generator is conducted,making the generator vibration improved obviously to a permitted range.
