牵引发电机是电动轮自卸车动力系统总成中不可或缺的部件。对国内现役的国外某型号发电机进行了技术分析,针对其不足开发了新的同步牵引发电机。通过电磁设计和结构设计论述了该发电机设计的合理性,并通过试验和装车试运行验证了其可行性。

Traction generator is an indispensable core component of the power system assembly of the dump trucks driven by electric wheel.The new-generation of traction generator is developed against the old ones'shortcomings after technical analysis is performed on the imported before but still recently-widely-used model of dump trucks driven by electric wheel.Its rationality is described through both electromagnetic and constructional design while its feasibility is verified by the tests and trial loading run.
