皮肤牵张闭合器对皮肤软组织缺损的修复效果观察

Effect of skin distraction occluder in repairing skin and soft tissue defects

目的观察皮肤牵张闭合器对皮肤软组织缺损的修复效果.方法收集2018年2月至2019年3月梅州市中医医院收治的皮肤软组织缺损患者90例,以数字随机表法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组45例.对照组行负压封闭引流技术治疗,观察组应用皮肤牵张闭合器治疗,比较两组相关指标及手术再修复情况.结果观察组二次、三次植皮修复率少于对照组(χ^2=6.807、4.865,P=0.009、0.028).观察组创面愈合时间、术后1周VAS评分低于对照组(t=10.677、10.188,P=0.000、0.000).观察组术后感染率为4.44%(2/45),对照组术后感染率为6.67%(3/45).结论皮肤牵张闭合器治疗皮肤软组织缺损对皮肤损伤较小,可减少手术次数,缩短创面愈合时间,促进创面修复,且不增加术后感染风险.

Objective To observe the repair effect of skin stretcher closure on skin soft tissue defects.Methods Ninety patients with skin and soft tissue defects admitted to Meizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were collected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage technique.The observation group was treated with skin distraction closure device.The related indexes and surgical re-repair were compared.Result The rate of secondary and tertiary skin grafting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and the visual analogue scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative infection rate was 4.44%(2/45)in the observation group and 6.67%(3/45)in the control group.Conclusions Skin stretcher closure for skin soft tissue defects has less skin damage,which can reduce the number of operations,shorten wound healing time,promote wound repair,and increase the risk of postoperative infection.
