心房颤动患者外周血清半乳糖凝集素-3水平变化及其临床意义

Changes of peripheral serum galectin-3 levels in patients with atrial fibrillation and its clinical significance

目的探讨心房颤动患者血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)水平变化及临床意义.方法抽取2017年10月至2018年5月于皖南医学院弋矶山医院确诊为心房颤动患者121例,其中左心室收缩功能正常的阵发性心房颤动患者41例(阵发性房颤组),持续性心房颤动患者80例(持续性房颤组),另选取同期年龄及性别相匹配的窦性心律患者39例(窦律组).收集并比较受试者一般资料、Galectin-3水平,采用Spearman分析相关性.结果阵发性房颤组Galectin-3水平高于窦律组[3.54(2.68,4.75)ng/ml比1.21(1.03,1,54)ng/ml,P<0.05],持续性房颤组Galectin-3水平高于阵发性房颤组[5.88(4.89,6.98)ng/ml比3.54(2.68,4.75)ng/ml,P<0.05].血清Galectin-3水平与左心房直径存在相关性(r=0.585,P<0.01).结论Galectin-3水平可能与心房颤动的持续状态相关,Galectin-3可能在心房颤动的发生发展、维持及心房重构中起重要作用.

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum galectin-3 levels in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 121 patients with atrial fibrillation at the Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College from October 2017 to May 2018 were selected.Among them,there were 41 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with normal left ventricular systolic function(paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group),80 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation(sustained atrial fibrillation group),and 39 patients with sinus rhythm matched with age and gender(sinus group).The general data of the subjects,galectin-3 levels were collected and compared,and the correlation was analyzed by Spearman.Results Serum galectin-3 in the persistent atrial fibrillation group was 5.88(4.89,6.98)ng/ml higher than 3.54(2.68,4.75)ng/ml in the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05).Serum galectin-3 in the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group was higher than the sinus group,that was 3.54(2.68,4.75)ng/ml vs.1.21(1.03,1,54)ng/ml(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum galectin-3 levels were correlated with left ventricular diameter(r=0.585,P<0.01).Conclusions Galectin-3 level may be related to the persistent state of atrial fibrillation.Galectin-3 may play an important role in the occurrence,maintenance of atrial fibrillation and remodeling of atrial remodeling.
