复脉法及其应用探析

Analysis of Restoring Vessel Method and Its Application

复脉法源于复脉汤,长期与补心复脉法等同混用,广泛用于心血管疾病治疗。以血脉理论为基础,从复脉汤探讨复脉法,脉行气血,营阴阳,本于脏腑。立足于阴阳,复脉汤可滋阴养血、益气助阳;立足于脏腑,复脉汤可补脾益胃、滋补肝肾、温补心阳,而以补脾益胃为核心。据此提出复脉阴阳法、复脉脏腑法。进一步通过分析古代复脉汤相关方药及病案,阐释复脉法的变化应用,以期为临证应用提供借鉴。

Restoring vessel method derives from Fumai Decoction(复脉汤).It has been mistaken to be the same as tonifying the heart and restoring vessel method,and mostly used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Based on the blood and vessels theory,this paper investigated restoring vessel method from Fumai Decoction.Vessel moves qi and blood,nutrients yin-yang,and rooted in zang-fu organs.For yin-yang theory,Fumai Decoction can nourish yin and enrich blood,benefit qi and support yang.For zang-fu organ theory,Fumai Decoction can tonify the spleen and reinforce the stomach,nourish the liver and kidney,warm and invigorate the heart yang,and takes tonifying spleen and reinforcing the stomach as the core.According to this,the author put forward restoring vessel yin-yang method and restoring vessel zang-fu organs method.Through further analysis of the ancient prescriptions and medical records about Fumai Decoction,this paper explained the application of restoring vessel method in order to provide references for clinical application.
