经颅多普勒超声对颅内动脉狭窄中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的对经颅多普勒超声在颅内动脉狭窄中的诊断价值进行探讨。方法研究对象筛选基于纳入标准和排除标准作为前提,共选取经脑血管数字减影血管造影确诊的颅内动脉狭窄患者200例,临床上予以经颅多普勒超声检查。就两种检查方法的临床诊断情况以及不同狭窄程度患者相关指标展开分析和数据对比。结果经颅多普勒超声的诊断情况与经脑血管数字减影血管造影差异细微可忽略,P>0.05,无统计学意义;不同狭窄程度的大脑中动脉搏动指数差异细微可忽略不计,P>0.05;轻度狭窄患者平均血流速度以及收缩期分值流速与中度、重度狭窄患者差异明显,且数值方面轻度狭窄患者更低,其次为中度狭窄患者,统计处理显示P<0.05,统计学意义成立。结论对颅内动脉狭窄患者实施经颅多普勒超声检查,诊断价值较高,具有较高精确性。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound in intracranial artery stenosis.Methods Based on inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,200 patients with intracranial artery stenosis diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography were selected and examined by transcranial Doppler ultrasound.The clinical diagnosis of the two methods and the related indicators of patients with different degrees of stenosis were analyzed and compared.Results The diagnosis of transcranial Doppler ultrasound and the digital subtraction angiography of the cerebral vessels were negligible,P>0.05,no statistical significance.The difference of cerebral artery pulsation index of different stenosis was negligible,P>0.05.Mean blood flow velocity and systolic fractional flow rate in patients with mild stenosis were significantly different from those in patients with moderate or severe stenosis,and the patients with mild stenosis were lower in the numerical value,followed by patients with moderate stenosis,statistical analysis showed P<0.05,statistical significance is established.Conclusion Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography in patients with intracranial stenosis has a high diagnostic value and high accuracy.
