关于开展医学实习生心理健康教育工作的若干思考

Thoughts on Carrying out the Work of Mental Health Education for Medical Interns

目的探究分析开展医学实习生心理健康教育工作的重要性。方法选取某省级公立三甲医院2018年2月至2019年3月收纳的实习生100名,采用随机数表法进行分配为观察组和对照组两组。其中观察组50名,给予心理健康教育工作,对照组50名,给予常规教育工作,比较观察组两组实习生对教育工作开展的效果满意度。结果比较两组实习生对教育工作开展的满意度,对照组实习生的满意度明显低于观察组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对医学实习生开展心理健康教育工作是至关重要的,不仅提升了实习生的危机预防能力,同时通过对实习生加强心理咨询以及科学管理化,来完善实习生的心理情况,减少其心理压力以及避免医患纠纷的出现。

Objective To explore and analyze the importance of carrying out mental health education for medical interns.Methods A total of 100 interns were enrolled from February 2018 to March 2019 in the hospital.The patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group by random number table method.Among them,50 observation groups were given mental health education work,50 in the control group,and regular education work was given.The satisfaction of the two groups of interns on the educational work was compared.Results The satisfaction of the two groups of interns on the education work was compared.The satisfaction of the intern trainees in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion It is very important to carry out mental health education for medical interns,which not only improves their crisis prevention ability,but also improves their psychological situation,reduces their psychological pressure and avoids doctor-patient disputes by strengthening psychological counseling and scientific management.
