目的观察对POCT血糖仪展开全面质量管理的具体内容以及应用价值。方法本院自2017年始对POCT血糖仪进行全面统一的质量管理措施,通过组建管理小组、完善制度、进行专业技能考核、授权上岗、定期评比等措施来完成POCT血糖仪的管理,对落实前后相关临床数据进行比较分析并归纳全面质量管理在临床落实后的价值。结果相对于落实全面质量管理前,临床POCT血糖仪相关操作工作人员的综合能力得到有效提升,同时科室内顺利开展质控的概率从落实前9%提升到100%;在落实全面质量管理期间科室PT成绩达到100%;临床POCT血糖仪的比较合格率从落实前83%提升到100%。结论在院内进行POCT血糖仪的全面质量管理对策有助于提升操作人员的相关能力,确保血糖仪检测所得数据的准确性以及一致性,保障医院的服务质量和患者健康状态,值得推广。

Objective To observe the specific content and application value of total quality management of POCT blood glucose meter.Methods Since 2017,our hospital has carried out comprehensive and unified quality management measures for POCT blood glucose meter.We have completed the management of POCT blood glucose meter by setting up management team,improving system,conducting professional skills assessment,authorizing posts,periodic evaluation and other measures.We have compared and analyzed the relevant clinical data before and after implementation and summarized the total quality management.The value of clinical implementation.Results Compared with before the implementation of total quality management,the comprehensive ability of clinical POCT blood glucose meter related operation staff has been effectively improved,and the probability of smooth quality control in the Department has been raised from 9%to 100%.During the implementation of TQM,the PT score of the Department reached 100%.The qualified rate of clinical POCT blood glucose meter increased from 83%before implementation to 100%.Conclusion The total quality management of POCT blood glucose meter in hospital is helpful to improve the relevant ability of operators,ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data obtained by the blood glucose meter,and ensure the quality of service and the health status of patients.It is worth promoting.
