女性恶性肿瘤患者心理护理干预的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Female Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的分析女性恶性肿瘤患者心理护理干预的效果。方法选取来我院就诊的220例女性恶性肿瘤患者分为两组。每组110例,对照组应用常规的护理路径;实验组在对照组的基础上融入心理护理干预路径。观察分析两组的护理效果。结果干预后,两组在心理、身体、社会、尽职能力、自身健康意识、TDL总分得分均有所提高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),但是实验组的改善幅度更加显著,两组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的治疗有效率明显的高于对照组,两组存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在女性恶性肿瘤患者的护理中,及时提供患者心理护理干预路径,效果显著,能够有效的优化患者生存质量,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention for female malignant tumor patients.Methods 220 female malignant tumor patients who came to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups.110 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing path.The experimental group was integrated with psychological nursing intervention path on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results After the intervention,the psychological,physical,social,due diligence ability,self-health awareness and TDL total score of the two groups were improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but the improvement of the experimental group was more significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05)between the two groups.The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of female malignant tumor patients,providing psychological nursing intervention path in time has obvious effect,can effectively optimize the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of application.
