延伸护理干预对重症急性胰腺炎患者出院后饮食依从性的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Extended Nursing Intervention on the Dietary Compliance of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis after Discharge

目的研究延伸护理干预对重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床护理效果以及饮食依从性的评价。方法选择50例我院所收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者,2016年5月至2019年5月作为本研究的时间范围,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各为25例。其中对照组患者采用常规护理干预方法进行护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础之上,采用了延伸护理干预的护理方法,比较两组患者的护理满意度以及出院之后的饮食依从性。结果(1)实验组患者在出院时候的饮食习惯明显优于对照组患者,两组之间的组间差异明显(P<0.05)。(2)实验组患者的护理满意度更高,对于护理的认可程度更好。两组患者之间的差异极为明显(P<0.05)。结论使用延伸护理干预的护理方法对重症急性胰腺炎患者进行护理,可以有效的提高患者对护理的满意度,患者在出院之后饮食依从性有所改善,值得在临床应用中进一步推广。

Objective To study the clinical nursing effect and dietary compliance evaluation of extended nursing intervention for patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 50 cases of severe acute pancreatitis admitted by our hospital were selected as the time range of this study from May 2016 to May 2019.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group of patients using conventional nursing intervention method for nursing,experimental group of patients on the basis of conventional nursing,the use of extended nursing intervention nursing method,comparing the two groups of patients’nursing satisfaction and after the discharge of food compliance.Results(1)the dietary habits of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group at the time of discharge,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)patients in the experimental group have higher nursing satisfaction and better recognition of nursing.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of extended nursing intervention nursing methods for patients with severe acute pancreatitis,can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,patients after discharge dietary compliance has improved,is worth further promotion in clinical application.
