摘要
目的探寻临床护理心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者的有效方法。方法从我院2017年1月1日至2017年12月31日治疗的心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者80例,采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与观察组,分别接受常规护理及循证护理,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组生活质量评分及治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上,我们应学习采用循证护理干预,以此来有效改善患者临床症状,优化生活品质,积极配合临床治疗。
Objective To explore an effective method for clinical nursing of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods From January 1,2017 to December 31,2017,80 patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by double blind screening method.They received routine nursing and evidence-based nursing respectively.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score and treatment compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,we should learn to adopt evidence-based nursing intervention,in order to effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,optimize the quality of life,and actively cooperate with clinical treatment.
