舒适护理在血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Comfort Nursing in Hemodialysis Patients

目的研究对血液透析患者应用舒适护理后的临床疗效。方法研究时间为2016年1月至2017年1月,研究对象为于我院行血液透析的患者,共计58例。按照患者就诊先后顺序,分别成立两组,即对照组29例与实验组29例。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组则在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理,将两组护理结果进行对比。结果经对比,两组间护理前睡眠质量评分以及舒适度评分,无明显差异,P>0.05;两组间护理后睡眠质量评分以及舒适度评分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组患者护理满意度评分,明显低于实验组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床上,在给予血液透析患者实施护理时,应首先考虑采取舒适护理措施,该方法能有效改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者舒适度,从而提高护理满意度评价,具有参考价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comfortable nursing for hemodialysis patients.Methods The study was conducted from January 2016 to January 2017 in 58 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital.According to the order of the patients,two groups were set up,that is,29 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the experimental group.The control group gave routine nursing care,while the experimental group performed comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the two groups of nursing results.Results There was no signif icant difference between the two groups,P>0.05;The sleep quality score and comfort score between the two groups w ere statistically significant,P>0.05;The nursing satisfaction score of the control group was significantly lower than tha t of the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion In clinic,when giving care to hemodialysis patients,we should first consider taking comfortable nursing measures.This method can effectively improve the quality of sleep,improve the comfort of patients,and thus improve the evaluation of nursing satisfaction,which has reference value.
