心肌酶谱检测在急诊检验中的应用价值

Application Value of Myocardial Enzyme Spectrum in Emergency Examination

目的分析在急诊检验中心肌酶谱检测的价值。方法选取本院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的急诊患者25例为观察组,另选取同一时间段进行健康体检患者25例为对照组,均进行心肌酶谱检测,对比检测结果、观察组治疗前后心肌酶谱水平变化情况。结果观察组α-HBDH(305.3±19.5)U/L、CK(1012.2±832.1)U/L、CK-MB(104.5±31.3)U/L、LDH(370.4±32.5)U/L、AST水平(63.3±18.3)U/L均高于对照组(282.3±18.4)U/L、(540.2±60.1)U/L、(84.5±10.2)U/L、(324.2±32.1)U/L、(45.2±12.3)U/L,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且观察组治疗后心肌酶谱水平显著低于治疗前,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱可作为急性心肌梗死患者进一步治疗的参考依据,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the value of myocardial enzyme detection in emergency tests.Methods Twenty-five patients in the emergency department who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.Another 25 patients who underwent healthy physical examination at the same time period were used as the control group.All of them were tested for myocardial enzymes.Changes in myocardial enzyme levels before and after treatment in the observation group.Results Observation groupα-HBD(305.3±19.5)U/L,CK(1012.2±832.1)U/L,CK-MB(104.5±31.3)U/L,LDH(370.4±32.5)U/L,AST level(63.3±18.3)U/L was higher than the control group(282.3±18.4)U/L,(540.2±60.1)U/L,(84.5±10.2)U/L,(324.2±32.1)U/L,(45.2±12.3)U/L,the contrast was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the myocardial zymogram level in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Myocardial zymogram can be used as a reference for further treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and it is worthy of application.
