探究优质护理联合茵苓健脾退黄汤泡浴及直肠滴入对新生儿黄疸的作用

To Explore the Effect of High Quality Nursing combined with Yinling Jianpi Tuihuang Decoction Soaking Bath and Rectal Drip on Neonatal Jaundice

目的对优质护理联合茵苓健脾退黄汤泡浴及直肠滴入对新生儿黄疸的作用进行研究。方法选取2018年7月至2019年2月我院新生儿黄疸60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例。对照组采用优质护理及单纯蓝光治疗,治疗组则采用优质护理及茵苓健脾退黄汤泡浴及直肠滴入治疗。一段时间后,对两组患儿治疗前后血清总胆红素含量及治疗效果进行分析。结果治疗后两组患儿临床症状均有明显好转,且治疗组血清总胆红素含量显著低于对照组,且比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理联合茵苓健脾退黄汤泡浴及直肠滴入可改善新生儿黄疸的临床症状,同时显著降低患儿血清中总胆红素,故可尝试将该方法用于新生儿黄疸的临床治疗当中。

Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing combined with Yinling Jianpi Tuihuang Decoction soaking bath and rectal drip on neonatal jaundice.Methods 60 cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital from July 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high quality nursing and pure blue light treatment,while the treatment group was treated with high quality nursing and Yinling Jianpi Tuihuang Decoction soaking bath and rectal drip.After a period of time,the serum total bilirubin content and therapeutic effect of the two groups were analyzed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved,and the total bilirubin content in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing combined with Yinling Jianpi Tuihuang Decoction soaking bath and rectal drip can improve the clinical symptoms of neonatal jaundice,and significantly reduce the total bilirubin in the serum of children with jaundice,so we can try to use this method in the clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice.
