奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎疗效

Efficacy of Omeprazole Combined with Clarithromycin in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的分析奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎疗效。方法选取我院于2017年12月至2018年12月收治的慢性胃炎患者180例,将其根据不同治疗方法均分为观察组(90例,采用奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗)和对照组(90例,采用阿莫西抹联合克拉霉素治疗),观察比较两组患者治疗后其效果情况。结果(1)治疗效果比较:比较两组患者治疗后治疗效果,观察组患者治疗有效率远高于对照组患者,且两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)不良反应发生情况比较:比较两组患者发生不良反应情况,观察组患者不良反应发生率远低于对照组患者,且两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎,可显著提升治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,整体疗效、安全性较好,值得临床进行推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected,they were divided into observation group(90 cases treated with omeprazole combined with clarithromycin)and control group(90 cases treated with amoxicillin combined with clarithromycin),observe and compare the effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results(1)Comparison of therapeutic effects:the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.The effective rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of reaction occurrence:the adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of omeprazole was used.Clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic gastritis can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,overall efficacy,safety is good,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
