时间护理联合常规护理在脑梗塞患者中的护理效果观察

Observation on Nursing Effect of Time Nursing Combined with Routine Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的观察探究时间护理联合常规护理在脑梗塞患者中的应用效果。方法选择60例脑梗塞患者为研究对象,分为两组。对照组28例,采取常规护理措施;观察组32例,采取时间护理联合常规护理模式。观察比较两组患者症状缓解时间、住院时间、护理效果以及护理满意度。结果观察组与对照组患者症状缓解时间、住院时间比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床护理总有效率显著高于对照组,患者对护理满意度评价优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上联合应用时间护理可有效缩短脑梗塞患者症状缓解时间和住院时间,有利于节省治疗费用,且护理总有效率明显提高。

Objective To observe the application effect of time nursing combined with routine nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups.Twenty-eight cases in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while 32 cases in the observation group were given time nursing combined with routine nursing mode.The symptoms relief time,hospitalization time,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There were significant differences in remission time and hospitalization time between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the patients’satisfaction with nursing was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of time nursing on the basis of routine nursing can effectively shorten the remission time of symptoms and hospitalization time of patients with cerebral infarction,which is conducive to saving treatment costs,and the total effective rate of nursing is significantly improved.
