探讨抗凝治疗在肺心病治疗中的临床应用价值

Explore the Clinical Application Value of Anticoagulant Therapy in the Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的分析探讨抗凝治疗在肺心病治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院于2017年4月至2018年4月收治的肺心病患者180例将其根据不同治疗方法均分为研究组(90例,采用抗凝治疗)和对照组(90例,采用常规治疗)。观察对比两组患者的治疗效果以及好转时间情况。结果(1)治疗效果比较:治疗后两组患者均有所好转,但研究组患者治疗有效率远高于对照组,且两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)好转时间与总治疗时间比较:研究组患者症状好转时间与总治疗时间均远短于对照组患者,且两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用抗凝治疗肺心病可显著提升治疗有效率,缩短治疗时间,整体治疗效果较好,值得于临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of anticoagulant therapy in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into study group(90 cases with anticoagulant therapy)and control group(90 cases,conventional treatment).Observe and compare the treatment effect and improvement time of the two groups of patients.Results(1)Comparison of treatment effects:both groups of patients improved after treatment,but the treatment efficiency of the study group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The improvement time was compared with the total treatment time:the symptom improvement time and the total treatment time of the study group were much shorter than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of anticoagulant therapy for pulmonary heart disease can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the treatment time,and the overall treatment effect is better,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
