分析针灸联合推拿治疗腰间盘突出的临床疗效

Analyze the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨针灸联合推拿治疗腰间盘突出的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的180例腰间盘突出患者,将其随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各90例患者,实验组患者采用针灸联合推拿的方法进行治疗,对照组只采用针灸进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的情况,分析效果。结果两组患者经过疗程治疗后,大部分患者腰间盘突出症状有所改善。其中实验组90例患者中,痊愈48例,占53.33%,有效39例,占43.33%,无效3例,占3.33%,总有效率为96.67%;对照组90例患者中,痊愈41例,占45.56%,有效38例,占42.22%,无效11例,占12.22%,总有效率为87.78%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸联合推拿方法治疗腰间盘突出具有显著的临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage on lumbar disc herniation.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted From January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,90 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupuncture.The method of massage was used for treatment,and the control group was only treated with acupuncture.The effects of the two groups of patients after treatment were analyzed.Results After a course of treatment,the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation improved in most of the patients in the two groups.Of the 90 patients in the experimental group,48 were cured(53.33%),39 were effective(43.33%),3 were ineffective(3.33%)and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,41 were cured(45.56%),38 were effective(42.22%),11 were ineffective(12.22%)and the total effective rate was 87.78%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupuncture combined with massage to treat lumbar disc herniation has significant clinical effects.
