妇产科临床护理中常规护理与优质护理干预的应用效果对比研究

Comparative Study on the Application Effect of Routine Nursing and Quality Nursing Intervention in Clinical Nursing of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的针对妇产科临床护理中常规护理与优质护理干预的应用效果进行对比研究。方法选取本院2017年9月至2018年9月在妇产科收治的240例妇科患者为研究对象,将其随机平均分成对照组及实验组,每组各120例。其中对照组患者全程采用常规护理干预措施、实验组则全程采用优质护理干预措施;分别对两组患者对护理满意的程度进行调查比较。结果经过调查结果的数据分析,发现对照组及实验组的满意度分别为78.3%与100%,由此说明实验组满意度远高于对照组,且P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义。结论在进行妇产科临床护理的过程中,采用优质护理干预措施将有效地提高护理效果以及患者对护理工作质量的满意程度,是值得在临床进行广泛推广运用的。

Objective To compare the application effect of routine nursing and high quality nursing intervention in clinical nursing of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 240 cases of gynecological patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,120 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while those in the experimental group were given high-quality nursing intervention.The degree of satisfaction with nursing was investigated and compared between the two groups.Results Through the data analysis of the survey results,it was found that the satisfaction rates of the control group and the experimental group were 78.3%and 100%,respectively,this shows that the satisfaction degree of the experimental group is much higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05,the difference of the data has statistical significance.Conclusion In the process of gynecological and obstetric clinical nursing,the adoption of high quality nursing intervention measures will effectively improve the nursing effect and patients’satisfaction with the quality of nursing work,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
