护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制的影响分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Blood Pressure Control in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的观察分析护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制的影响效果。方法选取我院内分泌肾病科于2018年1月至2018年12月收治的132例高血压患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式分为观察组与对照组,两组各66例。给予两组患者常规护理干预,观察组则加用护理干预。观察比较两组患者的血压指标情况以及护理满意度。结果两组患者在护理干预后期血压水平均有所下降,均显著优于护理干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后观察组血压水平显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年高血压患者实施护理干预对患者血压水平有很好的控制效果,并且提高患者满意度,建立良好护患关系,具有临床应用推广价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on blood pressure control in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods One hundred and thirty-two hypertensive patients admitted to the Department of Endocrine Nephropathy in our hospital from June 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,66 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was given to two groups of patients,while comprehensive nursing intervention was added to the observation group.Observe and compare the blood pressure indicators and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The blood pressure level of the two groups decreased in the later period of nursing intervention,which was significantly better than that before nursing intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood pressure level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after nursing intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension has a good control effect on blood pressure level,and can improve patient satisfaction and establish a good nurse-patient relationship,which has clinical application and popularization value.
