头孢克肟治疗小儿急性细菌性肠炎的效果探讨

Effect of Cefixime on Acute Bacterial Enteritis in Children

目的对头孢克肟治疗小儿急性细菌肠炎的效果进行探讨。方法将我院2017年6月至2018年12月收治的52例急性细菌性肠炎患儿纳入本次研究,按照使用头孢克肟和头孢克洛的用药区别,将52例患儿分为人数均等的研究组(使用孢克肟治疗)和对照组(使用头孢克洛治疗),各26例。连续用药3 d后,观察两组患儿的治疗效果,对比两组患儿的临床治疗总有效率。结果两组患者在用药过程中均无用药不良反应。同时,研究组的临床治疗总有效率为100.0%,优于对照组的临床治疗总有效率73.1%,其差异显著(P<0.05)。结论头孢克肟用于治疗小儿急性细菌肠炎,效果佳,而且用药安全性高,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of cefixime in the treatment of acute bacterial enteritis in children.Methods Fifty-two children with acute bacterial enteritis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were included in this study.According to the difference between the use of cefixime and cefaclor,52 children were divided into two equal groups,26 in each group.Among them,the study group was treated with cefixime,while the control group was treated with cefaclor.After three days of continuous medication,observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups,and compare the total effective rate of clinical treatment of the two groups.Results There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Meanwhile,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 100.0%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.1%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefixime is effective and safe in the treatment of acute bacterial enteritis in children,which has important clinical value.
