摘要
目的讨论冠心病合并高血压患者应用舒适护理的效果。方法本次研究选取样本数量为40例,选取人群为冠心病合并高血压患者,样本选取时间为2017年2月至2018年5月,对其治疗进行回顾性分析,将使用基础常规护理疗方式的患者设定为对照组,将在对照组之上使用舒适护理方式的患者设定为实验组,每组样本数均为20例。对其护理效果进行对比和分析。结果实验组20例患者护理满意度较高,而对照组却较低(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并高血压患者在就医时,通过舒适护理方式进行治疗,临床应用效果较好,护理满意程度较高。
Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing on patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension.Methods The number of samples selected in this study was 40.The selected population was coronary heart disease patients with hypertension.The sample selection time was from February 2017 to May 2018.The treatment was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients who used the basic routine nursing treatment were set.For the control group,Patients who used comfort care in the control group were set to the experimental group.The number of samples in each group was 20.To compare and analyze its nursing effect.Results The nursing satisfaction of 20 patients was higher in the experimental group and lower in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of coronary heart disease patients with hypertension through comfortable nursing treatment,clinical application effect is better,nursing satisfaction is higher.
