自拟降浊汤治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症临床效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Self-administered Turbid Decoction for Treatment of Hypertension combined with Hyperuricemia

目的分析自拟降浊汤治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症临床效果。方法本次研究将高血压合并高尿酸血症患者作为对象,选取的患者病例数为44例,病例选取时间是2018年1月至2019年2月。将44例患者分成两组,按治疗方式的不同进行分配组别。接受常规降压药治疗的22例患者编排为对照组,将在此之上使用中药自拟降浊汤进行治疗的另外22例患者设定为实验组。针对两组患者取得的治疗效果进行分析。结果对照组患者的舒张压、收缩压及尿酸改善情况要差于实施实验组,P<0.05可以证明比较差异是有统计学意义的。结论接受自拟降浊汤进行治疗的高血压合并高尿酸症患者取得的效果较好,患者症状缓解明显,具有推广使用的价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-prescribed turbid decoction in treating hyperuricemia with hypertension. Methods The study targeted patients with hyperuricemia and hypertension. The number of patients selected was 44, and the case selection time is from January 2018 to February 2019. The 44 patients were divided into two groups and distributed according to different treatment methods. The 22 patients who received routine antihypertensive treatment were arranged as control groups, and the other 22 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine self-intended decoction were set as experimental groups. The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The improvement of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and uric acid in the control group was worse than that in the experimental group, P<0.05 can prove that the difference was significant. Conclusion The results obtained by patients with hyperuricemia combined with hypertension and hyperuricemia treated with selfintended turbid decoction are good, and the symptom relief is obvious, and it has the value of popularization.
