本文基于对某大型通信企业自建的两个跨地区研发办公楼的实地调研,在对比中发掘标准化研究的意义及要点,通过梳理研发办公建筑的功能及流线,搭建大型通信企业自建研发办公楼建筑设计标准化研究框架,并聚焦框架中的研发办公区模块提出解决方案。文章为研发办公类型建筑的标准化研究提供了一种有效的解决思路。

Based on the on-the-spot investigation of two cross-regional R&D office buildings built by a large communication company,this paper explores the significance and key points of the standardization research in comparison.Through combing the functions and streamline of R&D office buildings,it builds a research framework for the standardization of architectural design of R&D office buildings which is built by communication company,and puts forward solutions focusing on the R&D office area modules in the framework.The article provides an effective solution for the standardization research of certain types of buildings.
