生态文明战略导向的山地县域国土空间规划探讨——以浙江省缙云县“四规合一”为例

Discussion on Land Spatial Planning of Mountain County Under the Strategic Orientation of Ecological Civilization——Taking "Four Rules in One" of Jinyun County,Zhejiang Province as an Example

山地城市是我国县域国土空间分布的重要类型,也是我国生态文明战略实施的重要载体。论文通过国内外山地城市空间实践及治理总结,结合浙江省缙云县情,探讨了新时期生态文明导向的山地县域国土空间规划工作思路。

Mountain counties and cities is an important type of spatial distribution of county territory,and also an important carrier of the implementation of ecological civilization strategy.Based on the practice and management of mountain city space at home and abroad,combined with the situation of Jinyun County,Zhejiang Province,this paper discusses the work of ecological civilization oriented mountain county land space planning in the new era.
