摘要
城市轨道交通的正常运行依赖于可靠的电力供应,弓网系统作为机车惟一的电力传输路径,是保证城轨机车正常运行的重要基础。为更好探究弓网参数对弓网耦合关系的影响,选定弓网最用力作为评价标准,论文通过实际测量不同接触刚度、弓头质量、阻尼对刚性悬挂接触网及受电弓间的动态接触压力的影响,得出分析接触网和受电弓不同参数对弓网耦合关系的影响规律与程度。通过实验,得出接触刚度、弓头质量、阻尼最佳的设计区间,为下一步优化弓网部件参数提供重要参考。
The normal operation of urban rail transit depends on the reliable power supply.As the only power transmission path for locomotives,pantograph-catenary system is an important foundation to ensure the normal operation of urban rail locomotives.In order to better explore the influence of pantograph-catenary parameters on the pantograph-catenary coupling relationship,the most force of pantograph catenary is selected as the evaluation standard.By measuring the influence of different contact stiffness,pantograph head mass and damping on the dynamic contact pressure between rigid suspension catenary and pantograph,the law and degree of the influence of different parameters of pantograph-catenary and pantograph-catenary on the pantograph-catenary coupling relationship are obtained.Through the experiment,the optimal design range of contact stiffness,bow head mass and damping is obtained,which provides an important reference for the next step to optimize the parameters of pantograph-catenary components.
