高海拔生态脆弱区特高压工程机械化施工对环保水保提升的研究

摘要 高海拔地区线路工程沿线无论山地还是平原均属天然草场,生态脆弱、植被恢复困难。青海-河南±800kV高压直流输电线路工程提出要创造"新时代样板工程",为了满足"安全可靠、自主创新、经济合理、环境友好、国际一流"的建设要求,从"本质安全提升、质量管理提升、依法合规建设、环保水保工作提升、管理手段创新"5个方面提出具体工作要求及措施,以期促进工程建设安全质量水平、综合管理水平有效提升。依托本工程建设,论文主要进行施工过程中机械化施工对于水保工作提升的研究。 No matter in mountainous or plain areas along the line project in high altitude areas,it is a natural grassland with fragile ecology and difficult vegetation restoration.Qinghai-Henan±800 kV HVDC transmission line project proposes to create a"new era model project".In order to meet the construction requirements of building"safe and reliable,independent innovation,economic rationality,environmental friendliness and international first-class",specific work requirements and measures are proposed from five aspects of"improvement of intrinsic safety,quality management,construction in accordance with laws and regulations,environmentally soil and water conservation improvement,and innovation of management means",so as to promote the effective improvement of safety and quality level and comprehensive management level of engineering construction.Relying on the construction of this project,this paper mainly studies the improvement of water and soil conservation by mechanized construction in the construction process.
