新加坡教师教育的理念、原则与实践

摘要 新加坡教师教育被誉为"教师专业化成长摇篮",其教师教育理念、原则与实践内容可资借鉴,以开拓我们的教师教育视野。为有效培养卓越教师,新加坡教育部门开发了"教师成长模式",即以教育理念、原则与实践作为教师培养基础,将明智(志)、修德、善思与善行理念贯穿于教师发展全过程;坚持以人为本的主体性原则、协作学习的关系性原则、灵活多样的活动性原则与目标导向的过程性原则,强调教师教育的实践属性与实践必要性。 Singapore’s teacher education is known as"the cradle of teachers’professional growth".Its concept,principle and practice of teacher education will help China learn from its successful experience and expand our vision of teacher education.In order to effectively cultivate outstanding teachers,Singapore’s Ministry of Education has developed a"teacher growth model",that is,taking the education concept,principle and practice as the basis of teacher training,integrating the concepts of wisdom,morality,good thinking and good conduct into the whole process of teacher development;adhering to the principle of people-oriented subjectivity,the principle of collaborative learning,the principle of flexible and diverse activities and goal orientation.It emphasizes the practical attribute and necessity of teacher education.
