基于山东传统民居改造的乡村旅游民宿设计研究

Research on the Design of Rural Tourism Homestay based on Traditional Residential Reconstruction in Shandong Province

文章通过对山东地区传统民居的现状及特征进行梳理,阐释现代人生活方式的转变及其对民宿功能性及体验性的要求。从民宿形象、基础设施、空间特色、空间功能、服务体验等硬件和软件因素入手,运用现代设计理念对传统民居进行院落、结构及布局等方面进行改造,使现代生活方式与传统居住空间相融合,让传统民居焕发新的活力,提升乡村旅游民宿的地域特色和文化内涵。

By combing out the present situation and characteristics of traditional residential areas in Shandong,this paper explains the transformation of modern life style and its requirements for the function and experience of homestay.Starting from the hardware and software factors such as residential image,infrastructure,spatial features,spatial functions,service experience,etc.,the modern design concept is used to transform the traditional residential buildings in terms of courtyard,structure and layout.Let the modern way of life and the traditional living space blend together,let the traditional houses glow with new vitality,enhance the regional characteristics and cultural connotation of rural tourism and accommodation.
