摘要
城市地下综合管廊作为新型工程,由于涉及多专业、多方面知识的综合应用,施工过程中存在技术难度大、专业不协调等诸多困难,加之工程设计分人员、分专业进行.传统的设计模式在设计过程中极易出现设计冲突、设计管理无序、施工图出图效率低等难题.在BIM技术应用逐渐成熟的大数据时代,有必要在工程前期、过程中借助信息化技术施工,及早发现、解决各种缺陷与不足.在吕梁市新安大道地下综合管廊工程施工过程中,通过利用BIM技术在施工现场布置方案优化的应用、BIM技术与理正软件在深基坑施工中结合应用、BIM技术在综合管廊主体施工中的应用等,解决了狭小空间内场地布置方案优化、深基坑安全及稳定性的探索和综合管廊各专业协调不一致等问题,可快速有效地复核设计工程量,缩短了施工工期、节约了施工成本、提高了施工效率.
As a new type of project,the urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery involves many specialties and various knowledge applications,which will bring many difficulties in the construction process,such as technical difficulties and uncoordinated specialties.In addition,the engineering design is carried out by different people and many specialties.Traditional design patterns are prone to conflicts,disorder of design management and inefficiency of drawing.In this big data age that the application of BIM technology is gradually mature,it is necessary for us to find out and solve the defects and shortcomings by using the construction of information technology in the early stage and in the process of the project.During the construction of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery of Xin ’ an Avenue in Lvliang City,BIM technology was used for the layout scheme optimization in site,and for the deep foundation pit excavation in combination with Correction Software,and for the main body construction,solving the problems of optimizing the scheme,ensuring the safety and stability of the pit,coordinating all specialties.Through the above,it can effectively check the project quantities,shorten the construction time,save the construction cost and improve the construction efficiency.
