钢筋加工配送信息化管理系统的开发和应用

Development and Application of Information Management System for Processing and Distributing Rebar

为了适应建筑工程信息化发展需求,加快钢筋集中加工配送业务转型升级,本文针对石家庄钢筋加工公司的生产需求,自主研发一套“钢筋集中加工配送信息管理系统”.该系统基于B/S(浏览器/服务器)架构,集成二维码、PDA扫码、WIFI无线组网、数学建模计算等技术,分为系统管理、合同备案、订单管理、采购管理、原材管理、生产管理、产品管理、库存管理和配送车辆跟踪等九大模块,完成了钢筋制品从原料采购、加工、质量检验、出库及施工方收货整个过程的信息化、电子化、网络化的管理功能,满足企业日常生产管理和质量追溯需求.

In order to meet the needs of information development of construction engineering,the task should be accelerated about centralized processing and distributing the steel bars.This paper independently developed a set of system on"steel bar centralized processing and distribution information management"in accordance with the production needs of Shijiazhuang steel bar processing company.It is a set of software system based on B/S(browser/server)architecture combining QR code,PDA scanning,WIFI wireless network,mathematical modeling and calculation and other technical means.It is divided into nine functional modules,such as system management,contract filing,order management,purchase management,raw material management,production management,product management,inventory management and vehicle tracking for distribution,which have completed the management functions with infbrmationization,electronization and network.This production control system in association with the whole process of reinforcing steel products,including raw material procurement,processing,quality inspection,warehousing and construction party receipt,meets the daily production management and quality traceability needs of enterprises.
