摘要
无法实时集中监测工控机性能状态,一直是制约广州地铁4号线ATS系统设备运维质量的瓶颈,信号系统工控机的高效运维离不开对设备的集中监控.通过搭建基于Zabbix的监控系统,对工控机性能监控进行测试验证,提出一种集中监测工控机性能状态的解决方案,进一步提升现场人员检修及应急处理效率,为优化工控机的运维方式和检修水平提供参考.
The lack of centrally monitoring the performance status of industrial computers in a real time manner remains as a bottleneck that affects the equipment operation and maintenance quality of the ATS system of Guangzhou Metro Line 4.The efficient operation and maintenance of the signal system's industrial computers depends on centralized monitoring of the equipment.By establishing a Zabbix-based performance monitoring system for industrial computer and conducting test to verify it,a solution for centralized monitoring of the performance status of industrial computers is proposed,which further improves the efficiency of on-site personnel maintenance and emergency treatment,providing feasible method for optimizing the operation and maintenance mode and raising maintenance level of industrial computers.
