北京中医药大学和平街校区基础医学院楼绿色加固改造设计

Green Reinforcement Renovation Design of the Basic Medical College of Heping Street Campus,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

北京中医药大学和平街校区基础医学院楼在2008年达到了使用年限50年,根据国家现行法规需进行结构安全性鉴定,结构鉴定报告结论为:需进行必要的结构加固,方可继续使用。而根据校方最新的学科发展规划和最新的多校区定位,提出将基础医学院改造为高年级临床学生在市区内的宿舍。针对本次加固改造设计任务,我们拟定了平安校园、绿色校园的设计理念。

The Basic Medical College of Heping Street Campus, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has a service life of 50 years in 2008. According to the current national regulations, the structural safety appraisal is concluded. The structural appraisal report concludes that the necessary structural reinforcement is required before continuing to use. According to the school’s latest subject development plan, and the latest positioning of the multi-campus, the school proposed to transform the basic medical school into a student dormitory for the use of senior clinical students in urban quarters. In response to this reinforcement and design task, we have drawn up the design concept of a safe campus and green campus.
