摘要
我国基层开展艾滋病咨询检测工作是落实艾滋病防控策略的重要措施。文章运用SWOT分析法对基层开展HIV咨询检测工作进行分析,明确了内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁,并根据分析结果提出了我国在基层开展艾滋病咨询检测服务的工作策略。
AIDS counseling and testing at the grassroots level is an important measure to implement AIDS prevention and control strategies. Through SWOT analysis, this study finds out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of HIV counseling and testing at the grassroots level, and puts forward the work strategy according to the results of the analysis.
