摘要
随着事业单位机构改革的日渐深入,基层疾控机构开始实行绩效工资,但也存在单位薪资水平较低、分配中的平均主义等问题。对此,文章提出了正确认识绩效内涵、创新完善分配机制、建立健全考评制度等对策。
With the gradual deepening of the reform in public institutions, performance-based pay system has been implemented in grassroots institutions for disease control and prevention, but there are still such problems as lower salary levels and egalitarianism in distribution. Therefore, this paper puts forward countermeasures including correct understanding of the performance connotation, innovative improvement of the distribution mechanism, and establishment of a sound evaluation system.
