摘要
对升船机大尺寸ZG270-500铸钢轴承座的铸造参数,即浇注温度和浇注时间进行了优化。采用附铸的方式,先对不同的浇注温度下获得的铸件进行冲击性能和耐磨损性能检测,确定出最佳浇注温度,然后在最佳浇注温度下,采用不同浇注时间进行性能检测。结果表明,当浇注温度为1 550℃,浇注时间为80 s时,冲击吸收功最高为75 J,耐磨损性能最好。
The optimum pouring temperature of large size ZG270-500 bearing seat steel castings for ship lift was determined based on the test results of impact and wear resistance of castings obtained at different pouring temperatures. Then the performance of castings produced at the optimum pouring temperature and different pouring times was tested. The results show that the impact absorbing power of castings reaches its maximum value 75 J, and the wear resistance is the best when the pouring temperature is 1 550 ℃ and the pouring time lasts 80 s.
