新形势下湖南省高职院校中外合作办学项目优质发展路径探析——以保险职业学院为例

Analysis on the High Quality Development Path of Sino-foreign Cooperative School-running Projects in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province under the New Situation ——Taking Insurance Vocational College as an Example

随着我国"一带一路"教育共同体建设的不断推进和职业教育改革的不断深化,职业教育的国际化、优质化发展要求越来越高,而中外合作办学不仅是高职教育实现国际化的主要途径,也是高职教育优质建设的重点内容。湖南省高职院校中外合作办学项目开办十几年来,存在办学模式单一、办学理念落后、办学效果不佳的问题。本研究认为应紧贴行业需求,拓展办学主体,优化办学理念,强化服务主体,加快建设优质中外合作办学,以服务新时代社会经济高质量的转型和高职教育的创新发展。

With the continuous progress of the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative education community and the deepening of vocational education reform in China, the internationalization and high quality development of vocational education is increasingly demanded, and Sino-foreign cooperative education is not only the main way to realize internationalization of higher vocational education, but also the key content of the high quality construction of higher vocational education. Higher vocational colleges in Hunan province have carried out Sino-foreign cooperative school-running projects more than ten years, and there have been some problems such as single school-running mode, backward school-running concept, and ineffective achievement. This study holds that it should closely follow the needs of industry demand, expand school-running main body, optimize the school-running concept, strengthen the service subject, speed up the construction of high quality Sino-foreign cooperative education, so as to serve the high quality economy transformation in the new era and the innovative development of higher vocational education.
