Practical Research of Part-time Head Teacher Work Based on the Characteristics of Higher Vocational Colleges

为了弥补高职院校专职辅导员学生管理工作专业化、职业化的缺失,更好地发挥兼职班主任的作用,文章对高职院校学生特点以及学生管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,基于兼职班主任工作实践,对兼职班主任的工作提出了建议。

In order to make up for the lack of specialization and professionalization in the student management work of full-time counselors in higher vocational colleges and better play the role of part-time head teachers, the article analyzes the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges and the problems in student management, and puts forward some suggestions based on the work practice of part-time head teachers.
