摘要
为了准确鉴定钢产品电镀锌与热镀锌镀层方式,采用金相显微镜以及扫描电镜观察镀层组织,由于电镀锌是通过电流把锌液中的锌离子附着到钢基体上的,所以只有一层结构;而热镀锌是利用铁锌元素间的扩散形成合金层,所以有两层结构,其中靠近基体的一层为锌铁合金层。文中最后选取各20根电镀锌与热镀锌产品进行鉴定,结果表明,金相法鉴定钢产品电镀锌与热镀锌正确率为100%。
In order to accurately identify the galvanizing and hot-dipping processes of steel products,metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the structure of the coatings.As galvanizing adheres zinc ions in the zinc bath to the steel substrate by current,only one layer of structure exists;while hot-dipping galvanizing uses the diffusion of iron and zinc elements to form an alloy layer.So there are two layers of structure,one near the matrix is the zinciron alloy layer.In the end,20 galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel samples were selected for identification.The results show that the correct rate of metallographic identification of galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel products is 100%.
