摘要
阐述了国内外焦炭研究的现状与发展方向,针对焦炭人工制样存在的劳动强度大、主观因素多、试验样品均一性难以保证等弊端,提出全自动焦炭制球机的方案,试验结果表明焦炭反应性和反应后强度均能很好的满足国家标准的要求。
This paper expounds the status and development direction of coke research at home and abroad.In view of the labor intensity,subjective factors and the difficulty of ensuring the homogeneity of test samples,the scheme of automatic coke sample preparation machine is proposed.The test results show that coke both reactivity and post-reaction strength can well meet the requirements of national standards.
