摘要
真正制约中国文化传播久远的是出版环节和传播指向。历史经验证明,国内出版的优秀外译作品并未取得预期的传播效应,故当前应该借鉴历史经验,将单一的国内出版、发行和传播的模式转向海外出版为重心的多元互补模式,并以中国文化受众的分布和流动规律为切入点,参考国内出版社定点定额馆配模式,向所在国政府机构、州立大学、社区、儿童图书馆,以及华人华商机构、驻华机构、中国驻外领事馆、孔子学院、中国文化中心等派送各类外译作品,发动来华学习者宣传中国文化,鼓励汉学家写作中国题材作品,建设中国主导性多元化高端文化传播平台等。从出版、传播指向和传播效应3方面探讨中国文化外译作品的出版与传播效应最大化和最佳化问题,以期为中国文化外译提供一定的参考。
For the international popularization of Chinese culture,what matters more is international publication and dissemination positioning.Historical facts reveal that those excellent translation works published at home did not successfully reach international audience and failed to gain the expected effects.Therefore,the current projects on translating Chinese works need to draw on the past experiences and transfer from a single-mode of publishing,distributing and disseminating at home,to a pluralist mode of overseas publication,distribution and dissemination.As for the maximum effect of dissemination,the first to be done is to supply the actual required translation works to national libraries,government and institutional libraries,state libraries,college and university libraries,community libraries,libraries for children,overseas Chinese business organizations,Chinese Embassies and consulates,governmental and non-governmental institutions in China,Confucian Institutes,and Chinese Culture Centers,in reference to the distribution and mobility of Chinese cultural audience,and the domestic library book supply mode of fixed quota.Besides,we can make international students immerse in and publicize Chinese culture,encourage sinologists to write about China,and build a diversified high-end cultural communication platform.This research examines how to maximize and optimize the international effects of Chinese translated works by pulishing,distributing and disseminating overseas,in order to inspire the translation projects of Chinese culture for the long run.
