智能化中医“治未病”健康管理模式探析 被引量:30

Analysis on the intelligent mode of ’preventive treatment of disease’ in health management of TCM

摘要 现今系统科学的兴起与人工智能等后现代前沿科学技术的进步,可以帮助中医走上智慧之路,弥补中医在数据、信息、技术等方面的不足,使个性化、碎片化、模糊化的中医临床经验与知识也将有科学的表达方式。而中医健康管理正是以中医理论为基础,并对接前沿科学技术,以状态为核心,借助系统工程原理、人工智能与大数据技术等,以实现对人体状态信息规范、连续性地采集、储存、整合与分析,然后进行状态辨识,并自动匹配干预方案,最后对干预效果进行反馈评价。整个过程可通过不断地深度学习来修正和优化,从而建立起智能化的中医健康管理体系,以实现对人体健康状态全周期整体、动态、个性化把握。 Nowadays,the rise of system science and the progress of post-modern advanced science and technology such as artificial intelligence can help TCM to embark on the road of wisdom,make up for the deficiencies of data,information and technology of TCM,and make the clinical experience and knowledge of individualized,fragmented and fuzzified TCM have a scientific way of expression.The health management of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and is connected with the frontier science and technology,with state as the core,with the help of system engineering principle,artificial intelligence and big data technology,so as to realize the standardization,continuous collection,storage,integration and analysis of human state information,and then identify the state,and automatically match the intervention program.Finally,the intervention effect is evaluated by feedback.The whole process can be revised and optimized through continuous indepth learning,so as to establish an intelligent health management system of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to achieve a holistic,dynamic and personalized grasp of the whole cycle of human health status.
