近现代金针流派特色及传承

Characteristics and inheritance of modern golden needle genres

金针材质特殊,针感柔和,喜为患者接受,相对其他质地针具,有着独特的优势,曾在针灸临床独树一帜。文章从金针流派的传承人物、针法操作及临床应用等角度,较为系统地梳理了以黄石屏、王乐亭、胡荫培、杜晓山为主的流派传承及临床特色。他们均执金针为具,但针法及临床使用范围不尽相同,形成别具特色的金针流派。文章试对各家流派的特色及传承做一总结,以期为金针技术的传承研究提供借鉴。

Golden needle is made of special material. For being able to applied softly, golden needle is easily accepted by patients. Compared with other needles, golden needle has unique advantages in the clinical practice. From the perspectives of inheritance figures, acupuncture manipulation and clinical application, the inheritance and clinical features of the golden needle genres mainly of HUANG Shi-ping, WANG Le-ting, HU Yin-pei and DU Xiao-shan is summed up in this paper systematically. They all use gold needles as tools, but the needle manipulation and clinical application range are different. Unique ‘school of golden needles’ expand the scope of application of gold needles. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics and inheritance of various schools of gold needle to provide the reference for research of the inheritance in this area.
