《黄帝内经素问吴注》对《黄帝内经》的研究与发挥

Research and exertion of Huangdi Neijing Suwen Wuzhu to Huangdi Neijing

明代晚期卓有成就的新安医家吴崐著作《黄帝内经素问吴注》是《黄帝内经》注释史上一部经典之作。鉴于"多改经文,亦觉嫌于轻擅"等历史评价,研究者甚少,其价值或被低估。文章通过对《黄帝内经素问吴注》逐字逐句地研读,以及与王冰、张介宾、汪昂等《黄帝内经》注本的比较研究,认为吴氏博览群书,立足临床:整理经文功底深厚,自有章法;训释经义深入浅出,明白晓畅;阐发经理切实精妙,多有创见。吴注虽间存欠妥之处,然瑕不掩瑜,对于后世研究《黄帝内经》具有积极的借鉴意义和参考价值。

WU Kun, a native of Shexian County, Anhui Province, was an accomplished Xin’an physician in the late Ming dynasty. His book Huangdi Neijing Suwen Wuzhu is a classic work in the annotation history of Huangdi Neijing. Because of some negative historical evaluation, few researchers have studied it and its value has been underestimated. Through the study of Huangdi Neijing Suwen Wuzhu word by word and the comparative study with the other annotations of Huangdi Neijing, such as WANG Bing’s, ZHANG Jie-bin’s and WANG Ang’s, this paper holds that WU’s book is based on extensive reading and clinical practice. He has a deep foundation insorting out the scriptures according to its own rules and regulations. And he has a deep and simple interpretation in explaining profound meaning of the scriptures. Moreover, his elucidation of theory on the basis of practice, with many original ideas. Although there are some deficiencies in WU’s annotations, they cannot obscure its virtues. It has positive reference value for future generations to study the Huangdi Neijing.
