Experience of TCM treatment on subchorionic hematoma in pregnancy

This article elaborated the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of subchorionic hematoma during pregnancy, focusing on five general meetings of TCM treatment of this disease: observing the presence or absence of vaginal hemorrhage, differentiating treatment according to syndrome differentiation, clarifying obstruction flow;depending on the size of pregnancy sac, priority, moderate motility and stillness;inspecting the area of hydrocele, weighing the importance and meticulous Chinese and western;analyzing the progress of the disease and guarding against other syndromes, pre-treatment before illness, good use of special prescriptions, specimens as the outline, add or subtract according to the symptoms. The clinical verification shows that the curative effect is satisfactory.
