“以热为本，以期为纲”论治早期糖尿病肾病

传统观点认为糖尿病肾病初始病机多为阴虚内热,临床医家多从气阴两虚论治。王耀献教授在多年临床积累中进一步追本溯源,寻经引证,提出内热为诱发糖尿病肾病的始动因素并贯穿病程始终,进而提出"以热为本、以期为纲"的学术观点,临床收效较好。糖尿病肾病早中晚三期内热形式、病机及论治均有独自特点,文章将早期从热论治糖尿病肾病学术思想详细阐述。

The pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is mostly yin deficiency and internal heat from traditional view. However, in clinical practice, doctors often emphasize the treatment of deficiency of qi and yin. On the basis of the academic viewpoint of the old Chinese medicine and the combination of years of clinical experience, professor WANG Yao-xian thought that internal heat was the beginalteration factor and still existed in diabetic nephropathy all the time. In all, we also put forward the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with the principle of heat and period, and divide it into three stages, early middle and late, and get the better effective in clinical each stage. We thought each phase has its own characteristics of heat, pathogenesis and treatment. This article will discuss the early academic thought of treating diabetic nephropathy from internal heat.
