郭维琴教授对中医心脏康复有独特的认识和丰富的临床经验,认为心血管疾病后期基本病理特征为虚实夹杂,以正虚为主,证型多见气虚血瘀,急需心脏康复辅助恢复正气,促进心脏病后恢复,制定中药汤剂结合郭氏养心益智操与饮食调摄心脏康复方案,强调心血管病患者越早进行心脏康复,后期获益越大。

Professor GUO Wei-qin has a unique understanding and rich clinical experience of cardiac rehabilitation in traditional Chinese medicine. She believes that the basic pathological characteristics of cardiovascular diseases in the later stage are mixed with deficiency and excess, mainly with deficiency, and the syndrome type is mostly blood stasis due to qi deficiency. It is in urgent need of cardiac rehabilitation to assist the recovery of vital qi and promote the recovery after heart disease. It is emphasized that the earlier patients with cardiovascular diseases receive cardiac rehabilitation, the greater the benefits will be.
