摘要
芹菜在我国历史悠久,分布广泛,早在古代便应用于医药,历代医药书中均有记录其药用价值,是一种极具有开发价值的维吾尔族药材。目前发现芹菜籽中主要含有挥发油类、黄酮类、脂肪酸类等化合物,其药理作用主要集中在抗氧化、降血压、降血脂、镇静止痛、消炎、抑菌等方面。文章通过整理芹菜籽相关文献古籍以及近20年来国内外关于芹菜籽的化学成分及药理作用的研究进行总结,以期为芹菜籽的研究开发及更广泛的应用于临床提供参考。
Celery has a long history in China and is widely distributed. It was applied to medicine as early as ancient times. It has been recorded in medical books of past dynasties and is a kind of Uygur medicinal material with great development value. At present, it is found that celery seeds mainly contain volatile oils, flavone, fatty acid and other compounds. Its pharmacological effects mainly focus on antioxidation, hypotensive, hypolipidemic, sedative and analgesic, anti-inflammatory, bacteriostasis, and so on. In this paper, the research on the chemical composition and pharmacological research of celery seed at home and abroad has been summarized through literature search in the past 20 years, in order to provide reference for the research and development of celery seed and its wider application in clinic.
