桥本氏甲状腺炎中西医治疗研究进展

Research progress of TCM-western medicine therapy of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis

桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)的发病率逐年升高,发病机制复杂,目前尚未找到有效针对病因治疗的药物。文章通过中国知网、万方、维普等中文文献检索系统,查阅近年中医药治疗HT的临床研究文献,从中医病因病机、中医药治疗(包括辨证治疗、分期治疗、临床经验方、针灸治疗)、中西医结合治疗(包括中药复方联合西药和中成药联合西药)及西药治疗等方面,归纳HT的中西医治疗研究进展,以期提高医者对本病的认识,并为HT的中医临床规范诊断和治疗提供参考。

The incidence of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT) is increasing year by year. Pathogenesis of HT is complex and no effective drugs have been found. This paper summarized the clinical research literature on the treatment of HT in recent ten years through Chinese literature retrieval system such as CNKI, Wanfang Date, VIP, refer to the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis of TCM, TCM treatment, integrated TCM and western medicine treatment, and western medicine treatment. In order to improve the understanding of the disease among doctors and provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of HT.
